1. How can I make booking?

2. Where is the BAGUSS HOTEL AND SERVICED APARTMENT located?

It is located at PLAZA MENTARI (Suncity), Jalan Kuning, Taman Pelangi, Johor Bahru, Malaysia and which is at the far end of Pelangi Plaza Mall and opposite CIMB Bank.

3. Where is the Main Entrance?

From the direction of Pelangi Plaza Mall; it is located on the right hand side of PLAZA Mentari

4. How do I enjoy Low Rate?

Book Directly through Hotel’s Website, which is easily 10% lower than walk-in rate

5. No Show/Last Minute Cancellation policy?

No refund for cancellation if less than 72 hours’ notice is served

6. Is breakfast included in all room rates?

Yes, buffet breakfast for two (2) except Soft-Opening period.

7. The definition of CONFIRMED/GURANTEED ROOM?

When full payment is received upon reservation.

8. How many Room Types are there?

There are three (3) categories, namely Deluxe Double/Twin, Deluxe Family and 3-Rooms Apartment.

9. How many people does each room sleep?

Deluxe Family can accommodate up to three (3) occupants. Each room includes two beds; 1 double and a single. Deluxe Double / Twins can accommodate up to two (2) occupants.

10. How much is an Extra Bed/Roll Away?

RM50 nett inclusive of one (1) breakfast

11. Does the Hotel provide cribs?

Cribs are available on a first come, first serve basis. This item may be requested at time of booking or at check-in.
